Hot Ductility, Homogeneity of the Composition, Structure, and Properties of High-Strength Microalloyed Steels: A Critical Review

چکیده

High-strength microalloyed steels are widely used in various branches of technology and industry due to the simultaneous combination high indicators strength, ductility, fatigue, corrosion resistance, other service properties. This is achieved reasonable choice optimal chemical composition parameters temperature-deformation treatment steel that provide a synergistic effect on dispersed microstructure characteristics excess phase precipitates, which control achievement these difficult-to-combine properties rolled products. Additionally, improvement level stability properties, as well prevention occurrence defects, largely determined by homogeneity composition, structure volume manufacturability metal, primarily hot controlled presence precipitation phases, including microalloying elements. In accordance with circumstances noted, present review, generalization, systematization, analysis results studies conducted precipitates ductility structure, depending steel.
